Affordable Cars for Families of 5

 

Finding an affordable car for families of 5 that accommodates a growing children can be a challenge. We have researched this A LOT, Autotrader has taken many hours of my day! We currently have a comfortable, 7 seater car but as it doesn’t have 3 full rear seats (so few do!) it is so difficult getting the seatbelts done us on high back boosters.  Our youngest is currently still rear facing but as he gets older, it will become even harder.  So, one of our financial goals in our family budget is saving for a car.

The Wish List

With a budget of under £20,000 for a secondhand car, there are some excellent options available. In this blog post, I will explore the best affordable cars that feature 3 individual, full rear seats, providing comfort and practicality for your family. Additionally, we want decent boot space.  Below is the shortlist:

1. Volkswagen Touran
